        The resort includes private river access and fish-cleaning/freezing/smoking facilities for guests.  Mike holds pre-arranged lessons on smoking fish for a supplies fee.  

        Great  Birding see migratory Trumpeter Swans (spring and fall), Eagles, and Sand-Hill Cranes (nesting pair in 2004) on the river, along with other occasional wildlife like moose, caribou, and land otters.  This is a one of a kind Alaskan vacation location, relaxing, laid back, quiet, and private! 

        Chalet open year-round.    RV park open thaw to freeze (May 1-Sept 30).  Reservations recommended in summer months. 

You’re Hosts have 66 years combined experience in Alaska and can help you coordinate with fishing, hiking, rafting, flying, and bear-viewing guides.  Member of: Soldotna Chamber of Commerce, Kenai Peninsula Tourism and Marketing Council, and Kenai Visitors Center.

 

Chalet summer rates: $125.00 1st night, then $100.00 each additional night, double occupancy.  Price includes 2% sales tax.

 

Chalet winter rates: $100.00 1st night, then $80.00 each additional night, double occupancy, 7th Night Free. Price includes 2% sales tax.  Winter monthly rates quoted individually.

 

 RV park rates:  $23 per night 30 amp full hookup, $19 per night partial (30 amp & water) hookup, $15.00 dry camp and every 7th night Free at the RV park, and $25 per night 50 amp full hookup  Discounted Monthly rates. Seasonal rates preferred and quoted individually.  Open thaw to freeze (May 1 – Sept 30).  Price includes 2% sales tax.

  

Deposit of 25% required to secure your reservation; balance due on arrival.  We have a 14 day cancellation policy if you cancel your reservations with less than 14 days formal notice there is no refund, unless new renters are secured for that time frame.
